Ervin Gorospe is the founder and lead web developer of IronBloom Marketing with a degree in information technology, majoring in software development.
Since 2020 of hands-on experience in both web and software development, he has built a strong foundation in creating functional, user-focused digital solutions. From crafting responsive websites to developing efficient backend systems, his technical expertise ensures that every digital project IronBloom handles is not only visually engaging but also built for performance and reliability.
Driven by a passion for innovation and problem-solving, he founded IronBloom Marketing to help businesses establish a strong, professional online presence. His goal is to empower startups and entrepreneurs both locally and globally by building websites and digital tools that truly represent their brand and business goals.

Shenalyn Mariano is co-founder of IronBloom Marketing, a marketing professional, and a driven digital strategist with a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive online. With a strong academic foundation in financial and marketing management from a university, she blends business insight with creativity to build powerful, data-driven marketing solutions.
Her professional background spans project management, website content planning, email marketing, and social media management. Skills she has honed through her experience with both local and international teams. She has led website launches, streamlined workflows, and supported product development efforts that directly contributed to the growth of various e-commerce and service-based businesses.
She co-founded IronBloom Marketing out of a shared vision to support startups and entrepreneurs, both locally and globally, by making digital marketing more accessible, effective, and impactful. As someone who values continuous learning and adaptability, she is committed to creating work-from-home opportunities for fellow Filipinos while helping clients establish a strong presence across social platforms and search engines.
